The Woodsman Restaurant, nestled within Hotel Indigo Stratford-upon-Avon, is set to host an exclusive wine tasting evening in collaboration with Welcombe Hills Vineyard on Thursday, 15 August.
This special event will showcase a meticulously crafted seven-course tasting menu, expertly paired with five outstanding wines sourced just three miles from Stratford-upon-Avon. Guests will have the opportunity to explore why this region is ideal for wine production and uncover the secrets behind the vineyard’s acclaimed vintages.
Recently awarded 2 AA Rosettes, The Woodsman is led by restaurateur Mike Robinson, co-owner of the Michelin-starred Harwood Arms in Fulham. Under the guidance of Executive Head Chef Greg Newman, the restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience focused on sustainability, seasonality, and locally sourced ingredients. Welcombe Hills Vineyard, a staple of the local wine scene for the past 20 years, has earned recognition as one of the UK’s leading wine producers.
