Hedge Laying Course

Saturday 11th January 10am-2pm
Join expert, Alex Logan for this one day course as you get to grips with the art of hedge laying. Learn to lay a hedge, the traditional way. We will be learning to cut almost through each hedge plant with the ‘pleachers’ still connected to their roots by a thin bendy strip. So we will create a living, thick hedge which traditionally would have been ‘bullock’ proof. All equipment provided but you can bring along your hedgelayers billhook, if you have one. 9.30am-4pm £50 per person, price includes refreshments and a light lunch.
