Details of innovative new indoor gardening features at this year’s unmissable RHS Malvern Spring Festival in May

RHS Malvern Spring Festival Returns with a Fresh Focus on Indoor Gardening and Sustainability
The RHS Malvern Spring Festival, the first major RHS show of the year, is set to return to the Three Counties Showground, Malvern, from 8 – 11 May 2025. This four-day horticultural extravaganza will feature a special emphasis on cutting-edge, accessible, and sustainable indoor gardening.
Celebrating ‘Plants & People’ at RHS Malvern Spring Festival
The 2025 theme, ‘Plants & People’, invites visitors to discover the powerful connections between plants and everyday life. From their role in the food we eat and the air we breathe to their impact on mental and physical well-being, the festival will highlight how we can effortlessly integrate plants into our lives for their many benefits.
A key focus this year is indoor gardening, and following its highly successful debut last year, the Festival of Houseplants, in collaboration with Green Rooms Market, will return. Visitors can immerse themselves in a stunning showcase of indoor plants and learn how houseplants can be accessible, affordable, sustainable, and beneficial to overall well-being.
Introducing RHS-Judged Indoor Plant Gardens – A Festival First
For the first time ever, RHS-judged Indoor Plant Gardens will be a major feature at the festival, showcasing creative ways to bring greenery into indoor spaces. Eight Indoor Plant Gardens will be judged by RHS experts, with the best designs receiving prestigious RHS medals.
Notable entries include:

-

-
