new lineup!
Shakespeare Distillery, the award-winning artisan producer based in Stratford-upon-Avon, has unveiled an exciting trio of new collaboration products and a brand-new experience set to launch in 2025.
The offerings include their first-ever Rum Chocolate Cream Liqueur, Marmalade Vodka, Aged Coffee Rum, and a Rum Tasting at Judith’s experience beginning in February.
The Jester Chocolate Cream Liqueur is a collaboration with 1683 Chocolate Place, an award-winning local chocolatier. This indulgent creation blends Shakespeare Distillery’s Cask Aged Jester Rum, luxury Belgian chocolate, and fresh local cream from Cotteswold Dairy.
With notes of cocoa, vanilla, and butterscotch, it’s perfect served neat over ice, in a hot chocolate, or drizzled over ice cream. Available in 50cl bottles for £30, it’s an irresistible addition for chocolate and spirit enthusiasts alike.
The Marmalade Vodka, launched this month, combines award-winning marmalade from Springfield Kitchen with fresh orange, aged for three months in Madeira casks to develop its depth of flavour. Ideal over ice with ginger ale or lemonade, or as the base for a Breakfast Martini, it’s available in three sizes: 50cl for £35, 20cl for £18, and 5cl for £6.50.
Launching on November 15, the Aged Coffee Rum is a partnership with Stratford-based Monsoon Estates Coffee. Ethiopian Rocko Mountain Coffee is cold-brewed and blended with Shakespeare Distillery’s 3-year bourbon cask-aged Jester Rum, creating a smooth, malty, and citrus-infused drink. Perfect neat over ice or in a Black Russian cocktail, it is priced at £35 for a 50cl bottle.
In February 2025, the distillery will introduce its Rum Tasting at Judith’s experience, located at their historic site on High Street, once the home of Judith, William Shakespeare’s daughter. Guests can enjoy a welcome rum & mixer, followed by a tutored tasting of three spirits during the one-hour session. Tickets are £14.50 for adults and £9.50 for children aged 8-17 (non-alcoholic options provided).
