Daish’s Holidays, an independent family-owned UK coach holiday group, has announced two significant promotions within its Bournemouth head office team, recognising the talent and dedication of long-serving team members.

Maria Green, after 10 years of service, has received a promotion from Reservations Manager to Head of Sales and Marketing, and will now drive the growth of the group’s coaching holidays. She will lead on driving customer engagement, partnerships, and brand visibility across all Daish’s Holidays’ destinations. Maria’s experience in customer-facing operations gives her deep insight into guest expectations.

Maria said: “I’m excited to be stepping into this new role and starting a new chapter with Daish’s. I have loved my time with the company and feel incredibly enthusiastic about what we offer and the experiences we create for our guests. Having spent the last 10 years working within the business, I’ve gained a strong understanding of who we are, what we do, and what matters most to our customers. That experience has given me a genuine appreciation of the standards we set and the importance of delivering consistently great holidays.”

Daish’s Holidays has been serving UK holidaymakers for more than 45 years and operates 11 hotels across popular UK seaside destinations, offering good quality holiday packages that combine value with comfort.

Maria continued: “My aim in this role is to help the business continue to grow by exploring new opportunities, strengthening our loyal customer base, and welcoming new guests to experience everything Daish’s has to offer.”

Carla Manners has been an integral part of the reservations department since 2019 and has been promoted from Assistant Reservations Manager to Reservations Manager. Carla’s promotion will ensure a smooth transition for the team and continuity in providing the excellent customer service that Daish’s Holidays is known for. She will oversee all booking activity and collaborate with internal teams to support smooth holiday operations and customer satisfaction.

Paul Harper, commercial director at Daish’s Holidays, added: “We’re delighted to see Maria and Carla progress in their careers with us. Their commitment, skills, and understanding of our customers make them perfect for these new challenges. Promoting from within strengthens our team and keeps the Daish’s spirit thriving.”
