The Great Outdoor Easter Trail returns to Tumblestone Hollow

Families are invited to head outdoors this Easter for a joyful adventure at Tumblestone Hollow, set within the beautiful grounds of Stonor Park on the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire border.
At the heart of the experience is Tumblestone Hollow’s much-loved interactive Easter puzzle trail, winding its way through Stonor’s gardens and woodland. Young explorers can race across wooden bridges, crawl through secret tunnels, climb lofty towers and whizz down spiralling slides as they hunt for clues and solve Easter-themed puzzles. The trail encourages children to get hands-on, spark their imagination and stay active while exploring the outdoors.
Beyond the trail, families can enjoy water play areas for splashing and fun, interactive sessions inspired by the Tumblestone Hollow books, and themed craft activities designed to inspire creativity between climbs and discoveries.
Tickets include full-day access to Tumblestone Hollow, as well as entry to Stonor’s beautiful gardens, allowing families to explore at their own pace, revisit favourite spots and enjoy a relaxed day out. While children roam and play, parents can unwind in seating areas with a coffee, watching the adventures unfold.
Louisa Fifield, general manager at Stonor Park, said:
“Stonor is just a short drive from Henley, Marlow, Maidenhead and Reading, so it’s an easy escape to the countryside and a brilliant value-for-money day out where children can play freely and parents can truly relax.
“Easter at Tumblestone Hollow offers families something special and every corner invites them to run, build, balance and imagine. Children can head home fulfilled and rosy-cheeked from a day in the fresh air, while parents leave knowing they’ve shared a full, inspiring and memorable day together.”
When it’s time to refuel, the Rumble Hut serves wood-fired pizzas, gourmet burgers, American-style milkshakes and Italian gelato, making lunch part of the experience rather than a break from it.
Stonor’s gardens will be in full spring bloom throughout the Easter period, while Stonor House will also be open on Sunday 5 April and Monday 6 April from 1.30pm, offering an added cultural experience for visitors of all ages.
Easter at Tumblestone Hollow runs from Saturday 28 March to Sunday 12 April. Tickets are priced at £12 for adults, £13 for children aged five and over, and £11 for children aged three to four. Children under two go free.
