Hampshire Air Festival Launches Founding 200 Initiative Offering Early Supporters a Role in Building a New UK Airshow
Hampshire Air Festival has announced the launch of its Founding 200 initiative, offering businesses and individuals the opportunity to help bring Hampshire's newest airshow to life while becoming part of its history.
Taking place at Thruxton Aerodrome on 12 - 13 September 2026, Hampshire Air Festival is a brand-new two-day aviation event celebrating The Age of Flight through spectacular flying displays, static aircraft exhibits and a Saturday evening extravaganza featuring pyro aerobatics, drone displays and fireworks.

The Founding 200 initiative has been created to give early supporters the chance to play a direct role in the launch of the inaugural event, recognising both the opportunities and challenges involved in establishing a brand-new UK airshow.
For £300 + VAT, businesses and individuals can become one of just 200 Founding Supporters, receiving recognition as part of the festival's foundations and benefiting from exposure to its growing audience.
As an added incentive, three Founding 200 members will be upgraded to Key Sponsor packages worth approximately £20,000 each. These upgraded packages include prominent branding and engagement opportunities both online and at the event, with sponsors aligned to either the Flying Display, Evening Extravaganza or Ground Attractions, which includes the festival's STEM area.

The upgraded package also includes tickets to the Business Networking Event, weekend airshow admission, VIP hospitality and a range of additional benefits.
The initiative reflects a changing approach to funding large-scale events by creating opportunities for a wider range of businesses and individuals to become involved in building a major new attraction from the very beginning.
Ahead of the festival, Hampshire Air Festival will also host its inaugural Business Networking Day on Friday 11 September at Thruxton Aerodrome. Delivered in partnership with Hampshire Chamber of Commerce, the event will provide professionals with the opportunity to network in a unique behind-the-scenes airshow setting.
