West Someset Railway
On the 20 mile journey between Bishops Lydeard ( 4 miles from Taunton) and Minehead the trains pass through the Quantock Hills (an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and along the Exmoor Coast. Ten stations along the way offer a variety of things to see and do including the ancient harbour town of Watchet, medieval Dunster with its 1000 year old castle and the seaside resort of Minehead.
